Generally, I agree with those who said it is not a problem, and is the way the system is designed.
The DCs for most reasonable tasks are well within the range of Take 10 and Take 20. High skill scores are better perceived as being an expert able to perform well-above the norm than anything else. And, truthfully, in most cases those high scores are wasted on mundane tasks, but necessary when using skills with Opposed checks, or large penalties for hurried or chained use.
