On the SRD Psionics side, nothing has changed in this release, though compared to the standard PCGen files, mine are more full-featured, with the ability to stack with PrC levels for the purpose of determining power points available per day.
For Mindscapes, the new version fixes prereqs for number of powers of X level that you can manifest (specifically, all those PrCs that require the ability to manifest two second level powers now actually require it!) as well as the variable HD for the Chakra Savant. You will need at least version 5.3.11 of PCGen for all of these enhancements to work.
To use Mindscapes in PCGen, download this file:
http://bellsouthpwp.net/z/s/zshuford/minddata.zip
Extract it, and you'll have a folder called data. Drop that folder into your main PCGen folder. It should give you a warning, telling you that there's already a folder called data there and that files with the same name will be overwriten. That's good, that's what you want. Click "yes". Then launch PCGen and have at it.
If you don't already have PCGen, you can download it here:
http://pcgen.sourceforge.net
Enjoy.
