Mini glueing (wrong forum?)

Do you glue your miniatures and then paint them, or vice versa?

The Art & Mini forum is probably a better place to ask, but to answer your question; most people glue then paint. It can depend on the figure though. A really unusual or complex mini might require you paint parts before attaching them.

The exception to this would be things like shields and banners. Usually those get painted separately then attached.
