Miniature ID-Rings

Does anyone know anything about these:

I was looking for something exactly like that for my WotC miniatures. They have a diagram of the size bases that these rings will fit but I'm not sure how big DDM's bases are. They also don't seem to have rings small enough for tiny, small, large, and huge miniatures.

Does anyone know if there's rings like these specifically for DDM's?

They were originally designed for Mage Knight, IIRC. Unfortunately, they weren't allowed in tournaments because they slightly changed the base size with their width, and that affected the game. Heroclix, on the other hand, uses squares and not actual contact, so they were an excellent fit.

They are definitely too large for D&D miniatures (or even standard 25-35 mm figures). The biggest obstacle to using some of the excellent Mage Knight sculpts in D&D is the clix dial is too large. You can pop the figure off the dial, but then you limit its use in the game.

The FAQ hints they will be working to make new sizes. Of course, you could always reverse the Mage Knight problem and mount your D&D miniatures on their bases (with MK being cancelled there are a lot of figures that are available cheaply on eBay).
