Mistaken notifications?

Lately (like over the past few days) I’ve been getting notifications that someone quoted one of my posts. Then when I follow the link to see the post that quoted mine, it actually quotes someone else entirely, and there is no quote of mine to be found. Anyone else having this issue?

It's something to do with the "ignore" function, I think, though I'm not sure of the specifics.

I'm fairly sure if someone you've ignored (or who has ignored you) "mentions" you you'll get a notification saying you've been mentioned - the notification system doesn't talk to the ignore system.

I was going to say the ignore feature as well without knowing for sure, but all I got is this instead.
