Mithril Fluidity

I just smoked a ton of crack and wrote a long-winded post explaining why you were wrong. Then, while I was re-reading your post to make sure I had addressed all of your concerns, I realized that I had completely misinterpreted what you said.

I think it's time for me to go to bed, but I will say that I think it's a fine idea. Normal body and Mithril body guys get to take one point of DR; let Adamantine guys get one more point of dex/one less point of armor check. Forget normal body guys, they get hosed. That's what they get for not spending a feat.

As far as other materials are concerned, I think it's a great idea. Perhaps I will write some up tomorrow morning.

Fundimentally. if you have just 'composite plating' (neither Mithiril or Adamantine Body) then a Warforged only has a 5% arcane spell failure. their is no max-dex or armor check penalty thus taking mithiril fluidity (as written) on composite plating is useless. I wouldent allow Mithril fluidity on a Adamantine bodied Warforge.

I'd prolly leave things as is, however.. making Mithril Fluidity reduce arcane spell failure by 5% is a good idea and would be okay wit that. Then allow it with composite plating to elmitate the 5% failure chance would be fine.
