So Shot on the Run is a full-round action, where you attack once and move your speed and that's it?

Not sure if it is technically an FRA (IIRC it is a still a move action and an attack action), but the end result is more or less the same.

And with Manyshot you can make the Manyshot attack (the one roll, two damages), then attack again?

No. Manyshot is a standard action. After your manyshot, you have used you have used your std action, so can only take a move action (and/or a swift action and free actions).
