Let me say that goes double for me. I'd rather have two people report a problem than none - we've got a bunch of people on these boards that seriously care when things go awry, and it does my heart good to keep seeing it.

But it was a definite eye-opener to check my e-mail two hours after I had last checked it, and finding approximately two dozen new e-mails.
