I've not yet been to this gaming store, so...

Is there more than one gaming room there, Mark? How many games can we run at the same time?

I'll field this one, Mark. We have one large room with 5 tables suitable for roleplaying, although one is kinda narrow. We also have one 4x5 table that is taller and used for minis. Then there are two 6x10 tall tables, also used for minis battles. We have a second, smaller room with one rpg table. We can make the full facility available for CAGA since we have enough notice for our regulars.

Also, a minor correction to a previous poster: we do not have a Pepsi machine, only 2 Coke machines with about 15 flavors.

Then, in the afternoon, surely someone will run d20 Call of Cthulhu since that will be out soon. Please? I can bring my Dunwich Horror figure! (It's unpainted and not assembled, of course!)

MattB- Oh, I see! You changed your name and got me all confused and such! Good to have you aboard again.

NeghVar- We'll work it out in Email. I need to get more input from Eric and Morrus on this before we finalize anything. I guess we still have lots of time to figure it out.

Curt (thalmin)- Thanks for fielding that one. Looks like we have plenty of room. Once we get a few more people who definitely want to run something, I'll start putting together a webpage like last time so we can keep close track of things.

Like I said over in the publisher's forum, I plan to attend the event and if there is interest I can run a Dragonstar game. Of course, after driving 300 miles it might be fun to play too.

Let's see how many players are gung ho and we'll break it down to try and accomodate everyone who wants to play. I'm guessing you'll have lots of takers, but they may also wish to play a slot of something else, as well, so they might not be up for a ten hours session.
