Mark,

I would like to join your Living Greyhawk event. I do have a 1st level cleric. (Not to much time for Living Greyhawk.)

Also, I would like to know which of the two scenarios people would enjoy most: a dungeon crawl in a haunted ruin or running a small castle in a country under attack. There will be ample opportunities for roleplaying and combat in both. I believe in adventures where people can use their minds and role playing skills. I also love a good fight.

Mark, I'm not sure what else to add to the little description about Of Sound Mind..I'm pretty much thinking that the title and author will sell itself--especially with the ENBoards crowd. If I get a ton of people suddently wanting into my game--something I don't really forsee happening, I could be one of the DMs who lets another player in, to fill up an 8 person table.

You could add a warning that I'm a very dramatic and LOUD dungeon master at times. Though then again I'll probably be a bit nicer since other people are trying to run their games...LOL.

And disregard the post subject, I'm feeling insane this evening.

Updated! :)

WRon- Got it. :)

Trev- Heh heh... Not a problem! :D (I wonder if we should have kept the room with a door for Trev... :p)

Put me in for Piratecat's Feng Shui game. I've never played it before, but images of the Matrix fight scenes, and Jackie Chan's many cop movies do come to mind.

I'll buff up by watching all John Woo films for a weekend, followed by a weekend of Jackie, and maybe a few Bond films. Any other film suggestions?

My ideas right now....since I have two possibilities, I'll put down two descriptions! :)

And I should be able to run a game in the morning, too, now that I think about it. I can be that lenient. ^_^ But I would still prefer to play one of the slots....so I'm still confused....

Anyhoo, on to the descriptions:

Final Fantasy: "We all know the schtick. The world is in danger. The elements are in trouble. The princess is kidnapped, and the king is looking for Warriors of Truth and Light to save her, and then the world.
....and you're the ones that have to make sure they do it.
THE CHAMPIONS are here, and they're doomed to failure unless someone with actual competency can help them fulfull the destiny they're supposed to. But...there are disturbing things about them. They just materialized one day. Where did they come from? Why are they strangely speechless? What is their ultimate goal in saving the world? What do THEY have to gain from being the heroes that the entire world is looking for?

Come to a world where chocobos run wild, gil eases the tongues of merchants, and moogles dance in the moonlight. Live in the shadow of a legend, and find out why this fantasy may be truly final...."

Planescape:
"The Blood War has been an embittered battle between the fiends for as long as anyone can remember. Pitting Law angainst Chaos and Evil against Evil, it has alternately been described as the best and worst thing that could have ever happened. Bad, because of the mass destruction and carnage that results. Good, because it keep the fiends from massing their forces against the forces of the upper planes. It stops demons and devils from fighing the angels.

And it has suddenly ground to a halt. For over a week, there has been not a peep from any of the hells. Devils and Demons have been leaving their haunts, retreating deep into the bowels of their respective planes. Battlefields that have raged with unending hatred have now merely crows, dining upon the corpses of the wicked.

What happened? Is the war over? Are the fiends allying to battle the heavans? Has some point been reached? Is this the end of violence, or merely a calm before a much more horrible storm?

As usual, everyone has their theories. But you? You're going to find out what's going on first-hand."

Well, I'd really like to play Star Wars, and that's what I'll do if my game doesn't fill up.

I'll reciprocate that... If one (or more) of my games don't fill up, I'll sign up for one of yours.

And Mark, please add the following to both of my game descriptions: "4-6 players. No experience necessary. A variety of pre-generated characters will be provided."

Updated! :)

Painfully- Howdy, John! You're all set, buddy. Joining us for breakfast, also, maybe? :D

KM- Let me know when it is decided which way you will go. :)

Baron- Don't forget to set an alarm and tie a string on your finger this time! ;)

Jack- The morning is likely to be slower than the second slot. Would you like to beg off of slot one and sit at PC's table?

Hurray! First two players! Thanks, guys!

For the Feng Shui, if you have a chance, also rent the movie "Remo Williams: the Adventure Begins." The first half is great, the second half lousy, but it'll give you the background for the game... and Joel Gray is AMAZING as Chiun, the Korean master of Shianju. Watching it isn't required to play the game, though!

Quote from the first time I ran this game:

KESTREL RHEE, MARTIAL ARTIST: Rhee looks at Danvers and his smoking pistols with a slight sneer on her face. "Guns are a crutch!"

NAPOLEON DANVERS, MAVERICK EX-COP: Danvers flips out two empty clips of ammunition which skid across the tile floor. Spinning the pistols around as he seamlessly slams two more clips into them, he winks at Rhee. "Then call me a cripple!"
