This gives me two good ideas:
1) Wobblies would be great miniatures for trolls. "What the -- ? I thought we just knocked him down!"
2) There should be a line of children's toys based on early 20th-century communist union organizers: Weeble Wobblies.

My PHB displays this "wobble" due to riding in my car with me on hot summer days sitting in the sun I assume, maybe these books were transported in exsesive heat.

I got mine from Amazon, and there is a bit of waviness to it. However, this isn't too unusual. I've seen lots of books like this. It doesn't look like water or moisture damage to me.
