Been starting to design a new snake-race to replace the Yuan-Ti in my campaign, and I imagined a special type of creature belonging to that race: A Tiny snake-like creature capable of entering the body of a Humanoid or Monstrous Humanoid, turning it into a Symbiotic creature controlled by the snake-like being and with the Host's memories. Such a creature would have additional abilities, such as snake-like tentacles able to extend from it's bodycavities or extremities to bite enemies, or making it's body extremly snakelike and flexible.
Any advice on how I should go about with this?
