i think "hag" is un-PC. we should call them "crones" instead.

Fine. The next MM, will have Moon Crones along with Swamp Crones, Frost Crones, Storm Crones and possibly Cavern Crones. That might make people feel "less" agist or whatever....

I queried WotC, regarding the sea drake omission. This was the reply I received:

“At this point in time there are no plans of making a web enhancement for the Sea Drake. There are always scheduling/design changes over the course of a products birth. It appears that for one reason or another the Sea Drake was left out of the MM-2. Upon doing some research there are no plans of releasing the Drake at this point in time.”
