Monster Manual's Abbreviation "MM" Means...

Mmm Mmm! Good eatin'! Following the piercer thread and the establishment that they are mollusks, and edible...what monsters would you eat, and how would you prepare them?

Hmm, I'd definitely toss the head, clean and dress, stuff with a couple dozen pounds of garlic, rosemary, thyme, and simmer in broth (obviously a HUGE cauldron) until fully done, crack the shells, and serve the meat on a platter drizzled with a blueberry/balsamic reduction sauce.
