Darksun it is. I don't have my 3.0 Athas.org list or Pazio's 3.5 before me but here are the 2.0 critters I don't recall seeing updated-

cool. i wouldn't at all be surprised to see a Dark Sun critter or two in Sandstorm... especially since i've seen a few here and there in other 3.5 books.

i know there was a version of this critter called the Stinger in the FR monster book, but since you mention that i think i've seen the one you're talking about... in OD&D/Mystara or was it Greyhawk?
