"Monstrous bite": feat, spell, magic ability or what else?

I agree it ain't easy, but what's the difference between the magic ability I described and the magic item from PF suggested by Tuft? In any case a person having sex with your character is easily passable of coupe de grace with a bite to the throat (the truth is the magic item is even more powerful).
