I like the design direction. I like that this gives us an idea of where 2024 might be going monster-wise, even before any potential UA on the subject.
For 2024, I'd like to see some layout improvements (less wasted space, perhaps a colour change - the yellow-orange is getting old) and I'd like a LOT of the monsters to have at least one more ability than their 2014 version. That would all make me happy.
