Nonsense. You choose on each attack roll what you're attacking with and what defense you're attacking.

That isn't what I said.

I said, there is only one attack line, so there is only one selection for keywords.

Notice how that is absolutely nothing at all what you are saying.

It's exactly the same as if you have an Area spell with Varies... you make the selection once, not once per target. Nothing about Ranged attacks changes that... Ranged only changes how the amount of damage is determined.

And, as I noted, you make the selection for keywords at the very beginning of the power, as the keywords themselves come before everything else.

Remember... everything in order, unless some exception shows up.
