more conversion questions

snare, good idea. well, i finished my conversion and posted it on the creature catalog's homebrews forum under "forgotten realms conversions from Dragon". go check it out and compare the scythetail conversion, if you like. i like snare, but the main (and really only) difference between snare and trip is that the snare will hold a creature, and trip can stun it. i don't think the original intent for the monster was to ensnare the victim, just to slow it down. but who knows, maybe snare would work fine.

ok, i'm doin the old monster conversion thing again, and i'm lookin for help.

what would the 3E equivalent for the following spells be: confuse languages (the reverse of comprehend languages), forget, and fumble. ?

so anyone have any more ideas for this? it's for my (nearly-completed) conversion of the dobie fey, on the creature catalog site (www.enworld.org/cc).
