More junk I wasted money on...

So, down in New Albany for a training, I snuck across the river into Louisville yesterday morning and hit my usual cheap game spots. Saw tons of stuff I wanted, but I settled on Nocturnals (vampires) and Walking Dead (zombies) for Hunter: The Reckoning, Monsters of Faerun for D&D and a couple of Tri-stat books; Roll Call for Silver Age Sentinels and Fantasy Bestiary for Big Eyes Small Mouth.

What this means for anyone, I dunno. Just throwing it out for conversation.

The Great Escape comic book store on Bardstown Road has a great selection of new and used games. Also, Book and Music Exchange on Preston Highway has a pretty good used game selection and a little new game area too.

I am so jealous that you got Paranoia. I used to love Paranoia. Man, fun game. You have to be in a really silly frame of mind to play it, but still. Hilarious stuff. (although frequently the modules were more fun to read than to play.)

I've never played it, but I have heard so much about it over the years that I had to ask Mongoose if I could have a copy. The first paragraph had me rolling on the floor in laughter!

It does sound like fun. Maybe we could play it one of these weekends?
