He is one of those that worked on the translation as an RPG of the CCG L5R universe, and if IIRC he is the lead designer behind 7th sea.

He is well know by the d20 community, because despite his nomination for origin awards, it was D&D that got the award, leading to the most well know rant on D&D.

D00d, that's Jack Chick you're thinking of.

Like the good RangerWickett, I'd really like to know who this John Wick fellow is. Is this some kind of elaborate troll?

I bet they are going to be playing in there First addition AD&D game. I bet they both talk of THAC0's and making saves vs Rod, Staff and Wand when we aren't around.

Wick is a game designer, really the anti-game designer, placing more on play, less on rules. I find his stuff is okay, Legend of the Five Rings, 7th Sea, and his newest Orc World. He is an entertaining ranter.

Um . . . honestly, I was just mentioning Jonathan Frakes because he's going to be at GenCon this year, and the Illuminati because you can't have a good conspiracy without Them. I've only seen one episode of Gargoyles ever, and my girlfriend tells me I should be ashamed of myself for missing them. :)

Frakes did the voice for the villain on Gargoyles. So the connection between the Illuminati and Frakes was kinda natural.
