In the PoA module, equipment is necessary.
This hurts the Druid and Shifter classes, who lose most of their equipment when they switch form. Also, there are stacking issues (such as all magical bonuses to AC become Deflection bonuses to AC, preventing more than +5 to AC).
Iznoghoud (I think that's how you spell it) has made a script, available on the vault, that allows Druids and Shifters to keep more of their equipment when they Wild Shape/Greater Wild Shape, and addresses the stacking problems. I ask if you'd consider using the script in the module, to make Druids more than weaker clerics : )
