Black Widow (Marvel) doesn't have any powers that I know of... but va va voom! hehehe

The Viper had no powers I think.

I believe the Scott Lang Ant-Man (Marvel) only used tech (shrinking gas, communicator helmet)...

Also from Marvel, I think Mach-5 (formerly Mach-1, formerly The Beetle) was just a tech hero.

Leapfrog, Frog-Man, White Rabbit had no powers... Not sure about Spider-Kid...

From DC, I know the original Atom didn't have powers, and I don't think the new one does either.

I'd say no. After all, she's got two superhuman features on her chest. ;-)

How about the classics? captain nemo, van helsing, alan quartermain etc.
none of those guys had supernatural powers, just a great deal of guts, luck and genius going for them.

lara croft kinda goes in with the batman-type superheroes. super-rich, access to money, access to gadgets etc. so yeh, she'd count, despite the um, chest driven qualities.

and the phantom would be out. he had some psychic powers. nothing flashy, but still. i think it revolved around remote viewing though.

Hitman definately has a superpower.
Since his first appearance was during a yearly DC Annual crossover story which involved aliens biting you and "activating" your meta-gene (the DC universe version of the x-factor in mutants). Its been a long time, but I think he had x-ray vision of some sort.

What about NIGHT THRASHER and rocket racer? why hasnt anyone mentioned them?

Even though Daredevil is my honest to God all time favorite Superhero... I'm lumping him into the "No, no" category because I consider his abilities to be a mutation. He wasn't born with it like the X-Men are... but it's something that happened and caused him to be super human. Closer to Spider-Man in a sense.

I'd reconsider that. His radar really only makes up for his being blind. All of the rest is just training. I remember a couple times in the 80s when he went up against real superpowered villains and got his butt handed to him. There was some kind of statement about knowing what your limits are.

Well at least in Champions or Mutants & Masterminds (which is based on the Champions rules), technological devices are also superpowers.

Superman doesn't have any superpowers either, he's just a regular guy from Krypton.
