Actually, for a Bard, I find it's very difficult to pass up Jack of All Trades, unless you plan on picking up a bunch of multiclass feats.
Skill training feats in general are overlooked as well. I play a warlord with one multiclass feat for Perception, and 2 skill training feats for Stealth and Acrobatics, disobeying conventional wisdom to pick up bastard sword and weapon focus.
Movement enhancing feats are often underestimated too, Mark of Passage is great, Fleet Footed is down right important for a defender in heavy armor. Any free shifts you get from feats are great, like Stalker Spirit Adept. Combinations of Mark of Passage with Overwhelming Strike/Power of Skill, or with Footwork Lure/Trickster's Blade Style are a lot more effective at the game table than they appear on paper.
I can't understand how some adventurers can go through life without Quickdraw (or some item/power/third hand that allows some free shuffling of items). If there was a Quicksheath feat, I'd probably take that too.
