Nice!

Wow, that's a realistic character. Thanks for sharing a simple idea that will easily be allowed in anyone's campaign.

Well, sorry Crothian, but thanks a lot Cardinal! I might just have to try something like that! Though I'm not sure why you want 4 levels of Monk unless it's for the saves...

I'm not disputing that supernatural abilities are magical. I'm saying that since they are not included under the list of magic abilities which are forsaken that they are allowable to the PrC. If the writers wanted supernatural abilities to be forsaken, they could have stated as such.

He can't use magic. Magical abilites are magic. There are no written exceptions in the class.

The writers explicitely stated what was forsaken (Spells, spell-like abilities, and magic items). Twice. Unless there is errata or a sage clarification to the contrary, I will go with what is written.

The class that adds Cha to AC is the Mystic Wanderer, which is a divine spellcaster PrC, from the FRCS book. I don't remember what it does or the requirements, but I remember that it adds Cha to AC.

that's a mistake: take 5 levels of Monk (for a +1 AC bonus, the saves, slow fall, still mind, evasion, fast movement) and only 1 level of Duelist - final AC=40

They really don't nead the DR that much.

They can still get through some DR with no problem.

Thank god for adamantine weapons! ;)

The enhancement bonus of adamantine weapons generally does not count toward overcoming DR. The bonus needs to be magical, unless specified otherwise.

I'm wrong again. :(

Thanks for pointing that out though.

Everyone gets Dex, Monks allow Wisdom, Duelists add Intelligence and Forsakers now allow Constitution. Anyone know of anything that allows Charisma or Strength to AC? :)
Mystical Wanderer (Magic of Faerun) grants Cha to AC (as a sacred or profane bonus, depending on alignment).
