Blink says that "You can move at only three-quarters speed (because movement on the Ethereal Plane is at half speed, and you spend about half your time there and half your time material.)".
Greater Blink says that "you have control over the timing of your 'blinking' back and forth between the Ethereal Plane and the Material Plane." It also says that "When moving through solid objects, you do not risk materializing inside one unless you actually end your movement there".
So do you still have to travel at 3/4 speed while using greater blink? Or can you choose to stay material for your entire movement and travel at full speed? Could you travel at full speed except that you go ethereal for a couple squares as you move through an opponent, so that his AoO is guaranteed to miss?
Or do you still basically not have control over your blinking except for the specific cases mentioned in Greater Blink (no miss chance on your own attacks, no accidentally materializing while moving, can ready an action to blink away)? If the changes from Blink are narrow and explicit, does that mean that you could still move at 3/4 speed even if you spend your entire movement (except for the start and end) traveling through solid rock?
