Movement & sustained blasts/bursts

HP Dreadnought

Trying out an invoker for the first time. Looking like a pretty cool class. Got a question about some of the powers:

The invoker has some powers that do (for instance) a Close Blast 3, or a Close Burst 3.

Blasts/bursts are positioned in relation to the caster.

What happens when these are sustainable powers? Do you essentially recast it each turn, with the new area based on your new location?

Or once you cast it is it fixed in place, so in the case of the close burst, the invoker is effectively trapped in his square so long as he sustains it? (unless he wants to eat his own spell).

Do blasts stay in place, but bursts move with you?

Seems weird that they would stay in a fixed location even if the caster moves, since blasts/bursts are defined in relation to the caster's location. Anyone run into this before? Is there an official answer somewhere?

Alright.

If the area is a zone or conjuration, then what usually happens is that the zone/conjuration persists in the location. It may or may not be moved, but that's determined by the power itself.

If the area is NOT a zone nor conjuration, then the -effect- is what is sustained. That means that you do not track the blast or burst area after that, you merely track the targets you've already acquired and continue the effect upon them.
