MSN messenger doesn't want me to open some files...grrr

Whenever a friend sends me files of a certain type (music ones definitely) MSN messenger deems it unsafe and deletes it (or I assume it does as I cannot find the file). However I can still play it from my received files folder, so long as I go there independent of MSN.

I did find a check box in MSN to turn off this option, but when I found it, it had already been unchecked.

Anyone know what to do?

I´ve the same problem, but it seems that it´s only when someone sends me music files.
