If I play a Human or Half-Elf, I get no penalties for multiclassing in 2 classes at any levels, but if i take 3 classes, one class is not counted in for calculation of the XP penalty but the other two are, right?
So, if I'm aiming for a Fighter/Rogue/Sorceror combo, for example, with a split in Lvls of 10/7/3, and if I multiclass to Sorceror at Fighter/Rogue 10/7, will I need to pay XP penalties from then on?
