Multiclass feat and retraining

Can I retrain a power gained from non-power-swap multiclass feats such as Acolyte of Divine Secrets?

Say, a Fighter takes Acolyte of Divine Secrets and chooses Hand of Radiance as his choice of power. Now he can use it once per encounter.

Then he continue to level up, taking all the power swap feats and then proceed to Paragon Multiclassing.

Now he can swap one of his 1st-level fighter attack power into a 1st-level invoker attack power. And he wants Hand of Radiance.

Now, gaining the same power from Acolyte of Divine Secrets is meaningless. So he wants to change the choice of power from this feat into another one, say, Mantle of the Infidel.

Is it possible? I can't find clear rule or clarification regarding this case.

Yes, you can retrain the power.

Even if you couldn't retrain the power, you can retrain the feat into itself. You could retrain Acolyte of Divine Secrets into Acolyte of Divine Secrets, and choose a different power for the retrain.

It works for the same reason you can retrain Weapon Focus (heavy blades) into Weapon Focus (axes).

Even if you couldn't retrain the power, you can retrain the feat into itself. You could retrain Acolyte of Divine Secrets into Acolyte of Divine Secrets, and choose a different power for the retrain.

That is the part I am afraid that preventing this character-building plan. Because PHB P.28 says,

You can’t replace a feat if it’s a prerequisite for any other attribute you have (another feat or a paragon path, for example), or if the feat is a feature of your class, path, or destiny (as the Ritual Caster feat is a class feature for wizards).

Acolyte of Divine Secrets is working as the prerequisite for all of those power swap feats.

You're not replacing the feat. You're retraining it into itself. There's a difference.
