If a wizard who specializes in a school of magic multiclasses into a divine class, are his banned schools also banned in his divine class?

Example:
I have a Wiz5 who specialized in Necromancy and has Evocation and Enchantment as banned schools. Would Evocation and Enchantment clerical spells also be banned?

Side question...
Should the Mystic Theurge class be allowed to stack with the True Necromancer class? True Necro says that all spell casting levels stack for his Necromancy spells. At Wiz5/Clr5/True Nec 1/MT9, he could equivalent to a Wiz15/Cl14. He'd be able to cast 8th level wizard and 7th level cleric, but his necromancy spells he'd have 29 for his effective caster level.

MT levels won't count double... at least we hope so. :D

And no, the banned schools wouldn't be banned for the divine spells.

In answer to the first question the forbidden schools only apply to the specialist wizard class. Any spells in the Cleric List are excluded from the restriction as they are cast with clerical spell slots, in fact if you took any Sorceror levels you could cast such spells using Sorceror spell slots (only).

As to the second from what I remember of the True Necromancer by a strict interpretaion of what is printed the answer is yes they would stack. However that is mixing a 3.0 True Necromancer with a 3.5 Mystic Theurge.

My guess would be that 3.5s True Necromancer would address this issue when it is dealt with as it is abusive.

I've seen a lot of people say this sort of thing, but I dont understand what is so abusive. You only total the levels for spell caster level right? so a few spells have a longer duration and can penetrate SR somewhat better, but only necromancy spells. Did I read the power wrong? If not, then what is the problem?
