Multiclassing Questions

NEVERMIND, i was tryign to choose Next, instead of Choose Feat! Ignore please lol. (keeping it posted incase anyoen else has this problem lol)

Thank you all for the Information... But i'm having a bit of a problem with the D&D Charcacter builder. I'm running a 2 player camp with a friend. And I'm building up a druid. I hit level 4 and decided i wanted to multiclass rogue, I tired to take the mutliclass feat Sneak of Shadows. figured it would be nice to do a sneak attack with some of my beast attacks (not sure if thats permitted yet lol).

But... I it's not allowing me to choose it as my feat, even though I get a feat this level. I meet the prereq of 13 dex. Any one know why this might be?

Unfortunately, you need to make a sneak attack with rather specific weapons, e.g. a light blade, a crossbow or a sling, so it won't work with a druid's beast form attacks.

As for being able to select the feat, have you already multiclassed to cleric? Except for bards, a character can have multiclass feats from only one class.

I tired searching for an answer to this on the forums first, but it seems my search doesn't work. I do not have permission to do that. Odd.

You need to pay to have access to the search function (Community Supporter), so not odd at all.

Regarding your issue with the CB, didn't you say you only had the free version? Which doesn't go past 3rd level...

Actually I think I found a site that explains it pretty good : The Core Mechanic: 4E Multiclassing : How To but he asks a question in here he's not sure of. It looks like at level 4,8, and 10, is when you get the swap option, but he asks can you take the swap options more than once per type? Like 2 encounter swaps, or 2 daily swaps.

Hey all.. just landed here doing a reverse lookup on where traffic is coming from to my blog. I think your question has been answered -- and (more importantly) I should update that post to reflect the changes that have happened since it was written way back in the summer of 2008. 4E was relatively fresh at the time, and we all have learned a lot since then.
