I could only vote once, I so voted for the Meenlock. However, I wouldn't mind seeing al-mir'aj, carbuncle, flail snail, nilbog, sheet phantom, or xvart in a new MM.

I have a soft spot for xvarts; I used them extensively in one of my 4e Dungeon adventures, though in that edition they're called xivorts.
