Hi we've re-booted the epic 90's Techno-Fantasy RPG Mutant Chronicles on Kickstarter - funded inside 3 hours and now taking down Stretchgoals like Necromutants on the Martian Plains!

You can play from the first terrible days as the Dark Symmetry is unleashed, through the 1st or 2nd Dark Legion wars with epic storylines, a brand new cinematic d20 based system playtested with over 400 groups, campaigns, accessories and much more.

We just unlocked the full 248 page Dark Soul Guide and our latest Mutant Chronicles Kickstarter update showed off the first of the cool new character concept art of Detective Vance Ryder of Luna Police Department by Jeff Porter. We also announced our awesome Kickstarter exclusive of the Luna PD badge (made by Campaign Coins in Australia) plus a Luna PD Exclusive custom d20 for £20. Whilst Luna PD is technically under the auspices of Capitol is it in fact staffed by people from all corporations and is a focus of investigations during the Dark Symmetry Period...

Jay Little, award winning game designer of Star Wars: Edge of the Empire leads an all-star development team on Mutant Chronicles 3rd Edition!

Modiphius Entertainment has scored a major coup by signing Star Wars Roleplay and Edge of the Empire Senior Game Designer Jay Little, along with developers John Dunn, Jason Marker and writers Dave Allen, Clive Oldfield and Sean Patrick Fannon to work on the Mutant Chronicles 3rd Edition Roleplaying Game.

The Beta Test produced by Jason Little has gone out to core Playtesters now, and we'll be widening to the full playtest group over the coming days before the release of the Open Beta on RPGNow. In last night's update we unveiled some of the content plan for the Luna and Dark Legion content in the core book along with some awesome A1 canvas poster prints of the classic Paul Bonner art.

Check out the custom Q-Workshop Hit Location dice we're producing - the final selection of sides is to be confirmed but this is what they'll look like!

Wow it's been a busy few days - we unveiled the Whitestar concept art over the last few days and just unlocked the Whitestar book. Then there's the Free OpenBeta 47 page Quickplay launched on DriveThruRPG last night - already downloaded 1200 times - you can see for yourself here:

There's the news that epic British artist Wayne Reynolds (Pathfinder, Dungeons & Dragons, Rogue Trader) will be painting the cover of the core book when we hit the £102k stretch goal

Plus we announced the Setting Book Master pledges and above are all getting a bonus £60 in the form of the two hard cover full colour Achtung! Cthulhu Keepers & Investigator's books and 9 extra books in PDF from the line AND that these pledges are also guaranteed to get all the Mutant Chronicles books listed in their pledges regardless of stretch goals.
