I'm digging the concepts behind light of Lunia, unhand, and forcewave... I'm not sure if our DM's into third-party material, so I'll check up on the Monte, SKR, and Adelfarn stuff.

The warmage's lesser orb spells seem to cover all the 1st-level ranged energy attacks I'm going to need (though Close range is a little lacking)....hmm. Hmm...hmmm...

I don't have my books handy to look up the details, but one thing to consider is that the Complete Arcane Warmage has a slightly different spell list than the Miniature's Handbook Warmage.

If you are using the CA version, there are probably some spells that were dropped since the MH version that meet the qualifications. I doubt it would work as well the other way since most of the neww CA warmage spells were Wu Jen spells (that don't meet the qualification).

Oh, I know all about the revision, Glyfair. I originally designed Tazham with the MHB, but was told I'd have to go by the CA version since it was printed more recently.
It's been a shame, sometimes--I've been in a few situations where sleep would've come in really handy.
