Update: So apparently, my earlier illness left me open to a bacterial infection (also in my lungs, and a bit in my throat) - so my current version of Grackle-Lung was caused by my earlier illness, but isn't the same thing.

It's antibiotics for me, now. Then I should, finally, get better.
