My DnD CD

This isn't DnD, but it's tangential to Led Zepplin, and it might be my favorite song of all time, and it has a high geek quotient. It's 'Me and Eddie Vedder' by the Rugburns. And it does involve playing with Marsha Brady's Ouija board...what could be better than that?

Kiss - The Oath of their Music from the Elder album.

Man'o'War - Nearly anything.... Although not DnD specific, it is all about demons, heroes, battles, and epic quests.

Gah.

How can you all have forgot my favorite (though I do like Cloak of Elven Kind, for some reason)

Raistlin and the Rose! It's done by a group called "Lake of Tears" who refers to themselves as a "goth heavy metal band"... But that song is actualy good (I've never heard any other of their songs, refusing to buy anything with the name "goth" in the title)

Don't forget Kiss' "God of Thunder" (I was born in the wastelands...) or the whole Queen thing (specially the Highlander stuff)...

Then there's Type O Negative's "Be My Druidess".

Keeping things at least semi-mainstream:

Jethro Tull - "Broadsword" from "The Broadsword & The Beast" album

Uriah Heep - "The Wizard" and "Lady In Black"

The Young Dubliners - "Follow Me Up to Carlow"

old group

Here is a group that had a lot of great song, that are totally underrated.
IRON MAIDEN. For Fantasy, we got my fave. Flash of the Blade, about a swordsman.
There are some other great songs, from them but that one in my mind is the best for d&d.
