My First Ever d&d post! attempt at warrior vs wizard pvp

Well once again its a matter of rules of engagement then (technically). If buffs and casting and all that other stuff is allowed before initiative takes place.
Is the fighter allowed to start with his armor on, or does he go about in full plate all day?

Anyways, I have thought of even more creative ways to win the duel.

For example, while in the Time Stop, one could use the spell Teleport Though Time and travel back to before the Fighter was born. Then, though the use of seduction, impregnate his mother. After doing so, the wizard returns to the present and reveals to the fighter that HE IS HIS FATHER!

LOL. Lemme guess. Asmodeos realizes what just happened and feels threatened and steps into the arena and together we fight and destroy him except you sacrifice yourself to save your son right? I think i've heard this one before..lol

Here is how I would do it.

Pre-match: Buffs are Mind Blank (24 hours) and Extended Shapechange (duration 8-9 hours depending on how much caster level is boosted).
Initiative rolls: Cast Celerity. Gain a standard action. Cast Time Stop. Assume minimum rolls, gain 2 rounds.
Virtual round 1: Dazed.
Virtual Round 2: Swift Action Shapechange into a Choker for an extra standard action. Cast Gate and summon an Epic level monster (say, a Phane). Use extra standard action to cast Rope Trick. Use move action to enter the Rope Trick.
Round 1: Fighter dies to Epic level monster..

Thanks for all the comments and tips Dandu :)

if the warrior had mind blank from an item, would that negate the wizards foresight?
without foresight the wizard doesn't know the battle is coming, doesn't have celerity cast, and initiative rolls can be made which the warrior would (hopefully) win.

Mind Blank said:
The subject is protected from all devices and spells that detect, influence, or read emotions or thoughts. This spell protects against all mind-affecting spells and effects as well as information gathering by divination spells or effects. Mind blank even foils limited wish, miracle, and wish spells when they are used in such a way as to affect the subject’s mind or to gain information about it. In the case of scrying that scans an area the creature is in, such as arcane eye, the spell works but the creature simply isn’t detected. Scrying attempts that are targeted specifically at the subject do not work at all.

Interpretation: Things directed at the warded creature fail.

This spell grants you a powerful sixth sense in relation to yourself or another. Once foresight is cast, you receive instantaneous warnings of impending danger or harm to the subject of the spell.
Interpretation: Warning comes from the fact that the warded creature will be harmed.

Mind Blank can stop other spells from detecting or influencing the fighter, but it cannot stop another spell from saying "Hey, you're going to start bleeding soon" to someone else.

as well as the other stuff, mind blank protects against "information gathering by divination spells".

deducing that the fighter is thinking about harming the mage doesn't count as "information gathering by divination spells" to you?

Do you think that the spell knowing that the mage will be bleeding the next round counts as information gathering against the fighter?

Despite the fact that the spell is concerned with the impending harm or danger to the subject of the spell, and not the person who perpetrates the harm or danger? ie, the difference between "Bob the Fighter is going to hurt you" and "Your body is in danger of being injured". In the first case, the spell is warning about a specific person trying to hurt the wizard, which would be something prevented by Mind Blank, and in the second, it is merely concerning itself with the status of the wizard's body, which is not something Mind Blank on someone else would prevent the spell from knowing?
