My first experience of anti-female gamers!

"Hey boys--all's of a sudden I'm having FUN!"

I'm not an anti-female-gamer gamer by any strecth of the imagination, but I am (like most of the guys in my group) married.

I'm in no hurry to invite any women to play in our game. We drink booze, we are incredibly crass and vulgar, every other word is an expletive, and we love it. Wouldn't give it up.

There isn't a woman alive that could survive an hour in one of our dnd sessions. The smell alone after pizza is enough to drive away most men.

The Emotional Scarring....

Just imagine the emotional scarring if the boys got their butts handed to them by the girls through creative roleplaying. We all know death is just a few dice rolls away.

That said, Fitz DM's his kids and their friends and they are all younger aged like this. Don't know if any girls are in that group though.

I've never played in a group that wasn't predominantly women.

Last group was three married couples and one single woman. My current group is three married couples and two single women.

Why does the inclusion of women at the table stop any of this? When my original 3e group decided to let two women join (they asked the DM and he asked all of us it was o.k.), we agreed that our language and behavior would not change.

It didn't change and everyone had a good time.

9??!! well duh!!! everyone knows 9 year old girls are evil! ... and have cooties, and the only way to stop cooties is to eliminate the source (which girls are) ...

:p

Not surprising though (IMHO). Women have been a moderating and civilizing influence on men since the dawn of the species.
Considering that humans are a notoriously immoderate and uncivilized lot, I'm forced to conclude that both sexes have been slacking off... :\
