Looks good so far. I like the sketches, the map. It all needs more "flesh" like you pointed out, but you seem to be headed in the right direction.

Ditto. Quite nice.

Some of the made-up words (gods' names and such) feel made-up, probably because they almost all seem to be single syllables, and that may be a little tiny problem, but overall very cool.

(If you agree and want to fix it, I might suggest that you decide on linguistic patterns - language X is long and full of hard consonant sounds, language Y is short and mostly soft, etc - and then decide what language each one comes from and make it fit. )

This swampy, marshy wood has trolls in it.

Do you do the art yourself? Pretty neat. Oh, and the layout is crispy clean!

Do you want opinions about your site or your setting? I don't have enough time to look at the setting [going to leave soon], but the site looks nice, although I think it could use a little more color. Too much white/white space.

I do agree that the Gods need slightly longer names or something, or at least some of them. I'll look more later.

Looks good. The names of the gods can be taken two ways. Maybe some of the gods are so old that their names are simple as languages and society was quite simple when the gods arrived/were noticed/etc. Nice layout and interesting maps.

Interesting; I like the site design. It is very easy to move from section to section. I prefer bread crumb trails, but that will only be an issue when you have more than 5-6 pages (especially when you nest sections under a section). I agree you do need more color on your site (since it's "free" in webdesign). I suggest a warm (red hued) logo, since your link colors are already cool (blue hued). I'd also suggest a warm "hover" color (alink and CSS) to break up the b&w.

As for the content itself, it's nice so far. As a potential player I need to what know races are allowed, what classes I can choose, gods and their domains, and background/flavor information. I think you have background and gods/domains covered. I can see you have links to races, but I couldn't get to load in my test. Now you need to finish classes and you're golden.
