My newly paragon wizard is eyeing an interesting combo

Aside from at-will powers, take a look at Daily powers which hang around for the duration of the encounter.

It would be great for things like Stinking Cloud - resounding thunder to increase the radius, Enlarge Spell because the -2 damage per die isn't so big an effect when you just have 1d10, and it gets around the poison resistance which undead and constructs have.

In fact I think almost all my paragon feats might go on energy admixtures!

I have an LFR Warlock who is eagerly waiting to hit Paragon, at which point this combo will come into play:

Hellish Rebuke + Energy Admixture (Cold) + White Lotus Riposte + White Lotus Master Riposte + Lasting Frost.

The result plays out like this:

I hit an enemy with Hellish Rebuke, doing cold/fire damage and making them vulnerable to cold. If they attack me, they both take more cold/fire damage (which they are vulnerable to) and I get to attack them again (doing cold/fire damage they are vulnerable to), and if their attack actually damages me, they take even more cold/fire damage (which they are vulnerable to.)

As a Warforged Warlock with a high Con, it is a war of attrition I'm pretty confident I can win. :)

You have to start out as a Fighter so you can start with Combat Challenge. Then, if you multiclass, you can do multi-marking using any power you have.
Multiclass != Hybrid.

You need to get to paragon level (and paragon multiclassing) to get area at-wills you can mark with. I think it might in fact be worth it. I have played a Fighter/Wizard like that in a one shot. That worked pretty nice.
