I'm not sure how snatch works, so I'll pass this one.

are you sure that's enough to merit a HD*2 CR though?
With the skills they have, they have a good chance of surprising the PCs. Sp abilities are silent, so they will be able to prepare without alerting the victims. They buff themselves with stoneskin, keen edge, flame arrow, and finally enlarge person. Then use web from a safe distance, and burn those who come out.
On the downside, they are slow, have bad AC, and their low hp means they are very vulnerable to magical attacks. And if they are caught by surprise they are in serious trouble.
So perhaps CR 3 is more appropiate, assuming a mage in the party, as we did with the undead bird.
(Note: there should be a note in the Sp section about these feys being able to enlarge themselves with enlarge person, even if they aren't humanoid)

I'm willing to assume a wizard in the party.

or at least one magic weapon between the party members. As for the Attack line listing, again without my books I can't really compare to say the wraith or allip.
The allip has "Incorporeal touch +3 melee (1d4 Wisdom drain)"
and the wraith "Incorporeal touch +5 melee (1d4 plus 1d6 Constitution drain)"
But the wraith's constitution drain has, unlike the drain of the allip, a fortitude DC. So the attack line listing of the undead wasn't wrong as I thought.

yikes!

but if I normalized it a bit, 3 might be OK?
Probably. Now that I think of it, I went overboard with CR 5

Compared to other constructs, CR 12 seems right
