Someone sold miniature versions of the 1st ed AD&D books a while back, but I don't remember who and never saw any. It would have been cute to own, though.
It was an Italian publisher, now out of business. Do they really need to be reprinted though? It's not like they are hard to get. At used book stores or on eBay you can get most 1e hardbacks for about $10 each.
