[Mythic Dream Studios] Dark Inheritance?

Yes. D20 Modern is required to play it.

And, yes... though they weren't our direct inspirations, a lot of people have used those games in correlations.

*sigh*

Only 2 days until I get to see the final release copy of the book.

Yay.

I just found out that the Mythic Dreams admins have put up the MDS forums. Though not on the website yet, they're up and running.

http://www.mythicdreams.com/forum/

It's capable of users now... and I know a few of the writers are on there already. Might wanna start posting there. You might get some more answers.

I joined but I have note been given permission to do anything like post or edit my profile :(

Sobbity sob... the mail back authentication is not working now. It's been turned off to be 'tweaked at a later date'.

From what I've seen, it looks as though the boards are accepting users now and we've had a few posts.

GAMA Report

We just got back from a fantastic GAMA Trade Show where we got to show off Dark Inheritance. We were so fortunate to get copies of the book a mere 20 minutes before the Exhibit Halls opened last Tuesday (whew)!

The next three days were so incredibly busy it all flowed together like one long day. It was hard for the two of us at the booth to keep up with the constant stream of retailers, distributors, and manufacturers who all wanted to take a look at the limited number of copies we had at the show. Anthony Valterra and Bill Slavicsek both came by the booth and said they really liked what they saw (blush). And Scott Gearin, of Spycraft fame, hung out with us and gave us a thumbs up. With the great response we had from retailers, most of you should see Dark Inheritance on your FLGS shelves this April. For those of you that want to order directly from the website, we'll have that ready by next week.

Hey Chad, how did the game go Thursday night? I got a bit of food poisoning (actually a 3-day long bit) so I couldn't make it, and I think I ran off with part of your retailer list. ;) I was looking forward to hunting bugs in the Orleans with my Project Titan supersoldier. :D

Sorry to hear that Wil. We definately missed ya.

The senario went really well and we all had a ton of fun. Corrosion is definately going to be one of the most popular birthrights. We ended up in a big gun fight on the 20th floor trying to stop a cult from summoning a Daemonhost to possess this woman. Hehe, our true nature came out as we decided it was better for the woman to die than be possessed. Very good horror/action.

It was mucho fun though. Had an Eight Heavenly Dragon gunslinger on vacation in Vegas get mixed up with a couple of Promethean Order types in Vegas to find an artifact. I'm glad you had fun, Chad :)

Only a week or so till DI shows up in stores! YAY!
