This has been bothering me and I thought I'd try tapping the collective wisdom here and see if the answer can be found. I only remember a few fragments about the movie and can't figure it out...
A looong time ago I saw a vaguely Indiana Jones'ish movie.
The protagonists were trying to collect some magical spheres that needed to be opened with a special key.
Midway through, there's a scene where (I think) the key causes a whole bunch of stuff to levitate and float around the room. Effects were pretty hokey, I remember seeing the fishing line holding stuff in the air...
The end of the movie has the hero pulling a Mission Impossible, climbing across the ceiling of the treasure vault to reach a statue holding two of the orbs.
He unlocks them both, grabs one in each hand and it melts half his face (or something, not too clear about this part...).
I'm not sure it was ever in the theaters, it may have been like a made-for-Cinemax or something...
Anyone have any ideas?
