For a bow I'd use something with Shard in it. Frostshard for example. Hailstorm also sounds cool, if ur a good archer u can make it live up to it's name.

Indeed a most beutiful creation, I see that it is made from the wing of a dragon, a white dragon nonetheless. And what is this, ah yes mithril, serving in both a functional and decorative aspect, very nice. I notice the frost enchantment, keeping well with the creature from which the essential material came from. Hmhmhm! My friend, the bow has been screaming its name from the moment of its birth. It is part of a wing and from a tradition of frost! My friend you weild the Frostwing! For what else would make arrows fly with a frost upon them and with such strength?

Yes the bow shall be called Frostwing!
