Some terms I would suggest are Senator (U.S. senators may speak for an unlimited time), a Swiss-Army Player (does everything), or a Compulsive Overactor.

Along the same lines, "Filibuster" would also apply.

Back when gamerjargon.com existed, there was an entry for "And with your free hand?" that described that sort of player. I have commented on a player overextending himself by saying "...and you were doing that last action with your prehensile penis, right?"
