natural attacks and flurry

You can either use your natural attack routine OR the number of attacks according to your bab and your class abilities. But you cannot mix both.

The dragon disciple/monk can perform a Flurry of Blows as a main weapon and use one of his natural attacks as a secondary weapon, incurring all the usual penalties for doing so (both the unarmed flurry and the natural weapon are light weapons for Two-Weapon Fighting purposes).

This has been answered in, iirc, an FAQ by Skip Williams...

You can't TWF with your Natural Weapons.

The way I recall it, you get your flurry attacks, and then you get a "secondary natural weapon" attack at -5 that does .5 strength damage...

You can't TWF with your Natural Weapons.
You can if you're combining it with the use of unarmed strikes (for monking and the like) or manufactured weapons. So, say a creature with 2 claw attacks, holding a longsword can (when making a Full Attack) use the longsword, and then take an off-hand attack with its unoccupied claw.

And just to say it ahead of time, in case it pops up in the thread - no, natural weapons are not unarmed strikes or special monk weapons so you can't flurry with them.

That's not an off-hand attack, that's a secondary natural attack.

Let's assume a normal attack bonus of +5, and the TWF feat.

Longsword and dagger: +3/+3. (+5/+5, with a -2/-2 penalty for TWF with a light off-hand weapon)

Longsword and claw: +5/+0. (No penalty for TWF, since you're not using a second weapon in your off-hand; all secondary natural attacks take a -5 penalty unless you have the Multiattack feat)

-Hyp.

However, you still can't flurry during a full attack in which you use any weapons not allowed in a flurry (ie. natural weapons, non-monk weapons).
