Natural healing?

So, I was looking through the books - and I can't find a reference to characters recovering HEALTH naturally. I found the "take an hour, roll END Pool".
Do characters heal naturally? If so - how much, and almost as important - where in the books is that stated (NEW or OLD)?

Thanks.

I think the 'once per day spend an hour, roll END' IS the natural healing for the system. You recover health each day, but you need at least a minimum of 1 hour rest to do so.

Yeah, that's exactly it. Once per day you heal your END dice pool naturally. Probably the first thing you do each day.

But HEALTH is always a resource - it's grittier than, say, D&D.

Thanks. Thought that might be the case - I'm playing 4 different systems right now, and trying to separate assumptions in my brain. :)
I saw a reference to "overnight healing" somewhere (might have been an EONS article) and saw a reference to Natural Healing - but the second is easily understood to reference the "1 hour rest".

Thanks for the quick replies to my questions Morris. I'm trying to get this system down inside and out.
