Uhm, guys and gals? The Dread you're signing up for is not the Dread you think it is.

Well, damn - shows how good MY reading comprehension skills are. :o

I'm in anyway - looks like an interesting game system, and it sounds like I have a few players in my game circle who would appreciate it, anyway. :D

FYI, I got word back from Rafael about the early Dread game and he told me to change the time of his game to 11-2. Adjust your schedules accordingly.

I'm glad that the Dread confusion was avoided. I really like the game. Be ready for some action and violence! And, if I have any hint on how to enjoy the game more, if you're sitting there wondering if what you do is going to make the cops come after you (in the game, not in reality), don't. You're bigger than the cops. Your job is *more important*.

I got into the 5pm Dread game - I've been curious about that game for months now! Who is RafaelC anyway? I haven't been following this thread.

Hi, Henry,

I'm Rafael Chandler, the writer and designer of Dread: The First Book of Pandemonium.

As adamantineangel has already pointed out, Dread (Pandemonium) uses 12-sided dice, not Jenga blocks.

By the way, adamantineangel, thanks for the kind words! I'll see you at the gaming table. :D

Well it seems that a couple of folks aren't going to make it and have thus dropped from my KAMB game. I'm opening those two slots if anybody is interested.

Rafael: I had to cancel due to another convention requiring my presence for an organizational meeting. But! I know you'll show these people the same awesomeness you presented at MACE last year.

Rel: If enough people don't show up, you could always run Kobolds Ate Each Other (KAEO). They don't even have to leave the equipment room.

I think the playtest proved that this was a viable scenario option.

Well, cool. 'Cause no offense intended to Belen, but that's what Mark (Oncarou) wanted to play in to begin with. :)
